Leandra is a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She holds a COSCA validated
SCOTACS Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork, and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate.
She is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
(BACP). Leandra has a special interest in working with young adults suffering from
depression and anxiety but has experience in counselling all ages from 16 years and older.
Before qualifying as a therapist, she gained experience while working internationally in
multi-cultural societies. This has given her the passion and ability to work with individuals
from a multitude of diverse backgrounds.
Leandra can assist you in coping with the problems and challenges life brings, so you can
reach your full potential and overcome your difficulties. Whether you are feeling
overwhelmed or want to work on something specific, she is trained and skilled to help with
issues such as, anxiety, depression, anger, loss, family conflict, stress, panic, phobias, OCD,
