Profile Information
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, offering face-to-face and online video counselling to adults (Age 18+).
I provide therapeutic support for a range of anxiety conditions, including generalised anxiety (and worry), social anxiety, panic, phobias and stress. I also help individuals manage depression, grief, low self-esteem, guilt and shame. I can guide you through relationship issues and explore attachment styles with you; or ease the pressures of feeling overwhelmed. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can be used to support individuals with a wide range of issues; so please contact me to discuss any challenges you are facing, and we can explore if we would be a good fit to work together.
CBT is a talking therapy, which focuses on exploring unhelpful thought patterns, often formed through life experiences. Understanding how to reframe these negative thoughts can contribute to positive change in feelings, emotions and behaviours; and help to break down overwhelming problems into smaller, manageable parts.
Healing often begins when we are being heard. My mission is to listen, acknowledge the difficulties, work collaboratively, and empower individuals to take charge of their own mental wellbeing. I will help you make sense of your issues and develop new healthy ways to manage life’s challenges.

As every individual is unique, my therapeutic approach is personalised to your specific goals, circumstances and needs. This means that alongside CBT, I may use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches; such as compassion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy or psychosynthesis; to support you on your journey.
I actively participate in reflective individual and group supervision, and ongoing professional development; keeping my knowledge base current with the latest research and best-practice standards.
