I am an Arts Psychotherapist specialising in Dramatherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You don't need to have previous experience or skill in acting, theatre or drama to access Dramatherapy. Dramatherapy can be a form of talking therapy while also accessing non-verbal techniques and a range of creative therapeutic approaches which meet your needs to explore, express and understand your feelings and experiences in different ways when talking about them may prove challenging. I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental, trauma informed and creative space which is unique and tailored to support you with whatever brings you to therapy.

My creative practice has supported children, young people and adults for over 12 years with a range of emotional, psychological, and social difficulties. I am also experienced working with people who identify as neurodivergent and those who feel their challenges prevent them from accessing mainstream talking therapies.

Creative techniques such as art, music, songwriting, drama, stories and creative writing can enhance emotional wellbeing, empower and support you to explore difficult emotions and experiences.
