Hello and a warm welcome to you! I know how daunting this first step can be. Acknowledging that you are seeking help, especially from someone you don’t know, can be really nerve-wracking. However, during our time together we will build a trusting, supportive relationship, one that you can find solace in. I work with many clients from all backgrounds and cultures and I offer support for adults and young people aged 11 and over.
I am a qualified person centered counsellor / psychotherapist with over 13 years’ experience. I have completed training with COSCA and also possess a Postgraduate Diploma in person centred counselling. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and also registered with Scottish Social Services Council. I offer a free 30 minute consultation and this can allow you to feel if I am the right fit for your therapeutic journey.
