Profile Information

You might be someone who others see as capable and reliable, but privately you spend your time overthinking, worrying about getting things wrong or feeling that, no matter how much you achieve, it is never enough. Perhaps work is leaving you exhausted, you struggle to switch off or you are constantly questioning yourself.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, work-related stress, burnout, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts and low self-esteem. I also support young people aged 12 and over who may be struggling with anxiety, friendship difficulties, confidence or managing overwhelming feelings.

Having spent seven years working in secondary education, including as a Guidance teacher, and two years working as a counsellor within a local mental health charity, I bring experience of supporting people through a range of personal and emotional difficulties. Alongside my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), this experience informs my work with both adults and young people.

My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to the individual. Together, we can explore what is happening, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck and find practical ways to move forward. I aim to offer a space where you can speak openly without judgement or pressure, at a pace that feels right for you.
