Profile Information

Stephanie qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor from Strathclyde University in 2000 and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Since then she has provided support and counselling to a variety of clients in the NHS, privately and within charities. Stephanie became a counsellor because she enjoyed helping and supporting people. She offers a space where clients feel heard, supported and fully accepted as they are.

Stephanie believes there are times when it is beneficial to speak to someone removed from your current situation, away from the ‘noise’ of everyday life. She provides the opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgement. Her role is to enable you to look within and find answers and self acceptance.

Stephanie currently runs her private practice online, by telephone and face to face. She offers a free 20 minute initial consultation for you to discuss what you would be looking for in counselling and to ask any questions you have about therapy.
